Here are some land descriptions typically used in large estates:

Cottage

Approx. 300sqm with approx. 12-meter wide frontage.

Villa

Approx. 320sqm with approx. 10–12 meter frontage, Ideal for empty nesters, retirees, and young business executives.

Gallery

Medium size block of approx. 375 – 400sqm, and a good 15-meter frontage. These blocks tend to be shorter in length and suit a couple with a desire for a 2-storey home.

Courtyard

A popular size at approx. 500sqm, and generally have a wide frontage and good length. Great lots for low maintenance yards, and room for a pool. Suits all age groups.

Traditional

Approx. 600 – 800 sqm with 20-meter wide frontage. Easy living blocks suitable for single level or large 2-storey family homes.
