In his early career, Soul Space designer Paul Hindes spent nearly two decades working for architect clients on design development and documentation for a wide range of building types as a CAD specialist. During this time, Paul’s experience included luxury homes, high-rise apartments, large integrated housing developments, industrial developments, international hotel fit-outs, office fit-outs and more. Whatever type of building design you need, Paul brings a professional approach, experience and eye for creative detail to your project.
The first step is always an in-depth conversation. We want to understand your goals: the business, lifestyle or commercial opportunity that your project aims to fulfil. We provide you with concept building designs according to the design brief. Once we have an agreed concept, Paul will produce a full set of designs, sketches and plans, both 2D and 3D. These plans will meet all local and state building regulations and be ready for the construction stage.
